Trip deduction does not match custom business rate

If your trip deduction is higher or lower than you expect, please navigate to the in-app Menu > Settings > "Rates"


From the Rates page, confirm that your custom business rate is inputted correctly and the decimal is in the right place.


If you have updated your custom business rate, you can apply this new rate to past trips by unclassifying and reclassifying them. Your updated rate will recalculate the deduction to the correct amount. This can be done in-app or through the web portal at portal.milecatcher.com.
