Reset account password

To update your password, navigate to from a PC or Mac (the portal is not accessible with mobile) > click "forgot my password" and input your email address. This should send a password reset link to your inbox. If you did not receive the password reset email, please also check your spam folder just in case.

If you are still unable to login with your updated password, try logging in on a different browser.
