Is your MileCatcher subscription inactive after paying through the App Store

FIRST: Check that you are operating on the latest app release of MileCatcher. If not, please update.


After updating, navigate to the in-app Menu > Account > and tap RESTORE in the top right corner. This will resync your paid subscription.


If you are still unable to access your paid subscription, please reach out to us for assistance at support@milecatcher.com and provide a screenshot of your invoice.
