I didn't receive an email report?

1. Please check your e-mail's spam filter. Add as an e-mail contact.

2. Check that your MileCatcher account e-mail is not misspelled: Go to the in-app Menu > Account > Edit to change your email if needed.

3. Try CC'ing a report to an alternative email to test our service.

You can change your account email via the in-app Menu > Account > Edit. You can also edit your email through > Settings.

AOL users - please try sending your reports to another email account as AOL is notorious for blocking reports. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
