To cancel auto renewal for subscriptions purchased directly through the MileCatcher website, navigate to portal.milecatcher.com from a PC or Mac (the web portal is not mobile accessible) > navigate to the Settings tab > click the Cancel Auto Renewal button or Manage Subscription button on the right hand side. 

Once auto renewal is disabled, your account will automatically cancel at the end of your paid term.
